So I came across a couple fakies in my piles of mlp stuff. After looking online it appears one is a totsy (I remember having a ton of these as a kid and they creeped me right out lol) And one is a lanard... I only know this because its stamped on its hoof. Theres no year on it. And it looks like its a bad replica of the collector pose. Out of all the lanards google produced to me none of them looked like this. Maybe someone here will know what era it comes from, or anything about it

I've never seen anything like that before. 0.o I adore it though! Could you post a post a photo of the Lanard stamp? Congrats on the new Totsy in the background there. Blue ones aren't very common. She's lovely! Also, make sure you post an intro in the Introductions forum, as per the rules.

haha yes, done and done. And is that blue? Maybe Im colorblind but to me it looks green? And I hope these pictures show up well enough. Great camera... operator, not so much, lol. Plus theres a bit of ink on the hoof covering the "L" Its also got fake shoes on the bottom of its hooves, with flowers in the center. Dont know if thats characteristic of them. And from what I read they usually have the markings on their bellies? This thing is really odd, no markings on the belly whatsoever

....Alright now I'm REALLY confused. I've never seen horseshoe and flower hoof markings like that. I've also never seen a company logo on the side of a hoof. It looks nothing like any Lanard I've seen, but that does indeed say Lanard on the hoof. I'm completely stumped. Hopefully someone else knows something. I'm dying to get some info about this fakie! (And I totally want one, haha.)
Oh, your Totsy is green? I was assuming it was the same color in RL as the one in my avatar and siggy, which is blue. (Well, blueish. Blue-green, I guess. Teal? Something like that.)

Yeah I would call it a tealish colour. The way it looks in the picture there accurately shows the colour it is. So the little brown one is something of an oddity, hmm.. haha. I never would have pegged fakies for having such a following, or so much diversity. Im hoping someone can tell me anything about it, Im interested now. But thanks

LOL I love how the Totsy in the background looks to be eyeing up your Lanard in that second photo ;D
I've never seen one of these before either, the eyes look a little familar but I can't recall were, but gosh she is a lovely pony indeed!

Maybe this was Lanard's first go at a pony toy? Kind of like Hasbro's My Pretty Pony?

That is an oddity! And Fingerpaints, if you have one too (restoring or not) we need to see a pic as well.
Due to the design of the body and eyes I'm going to guess that it's a bit newer, like within the last 10-15 years. Remember the look of their originals... Not quite as cutesy as this, also this seems to be modeled a bit off of the Cabbage Patch Ponies. It also very vaguely reminds me of my Chuck & Ling. It still in the older Lanard style has the one hoof colored tho.
It is pretty darling, would love to see more of them (and of course would love to get my paws on one).

Thanks for the info everyone Kinda neat to have something that there isnt a lot of. However, I dont really have a use for her, so maybe someone here would like to take her home. I have no idea what kind of price to ask for her, but Id be willing to do a trade for some sort of g1 pony or accessory. If someone just wants to buy we can always talk price Buuuut... I will go make a post in the for sale/trade area

Ooh, I want her! (I wanted to ask in my first post if you had plans to rehome her, but that would have been rude of me. ) A trade sounds awesome, I think I have some extra G1s bouncing around here someplace. PMing you.
