I rescued this girl from goodwill a couple of months ago, along with a little green fella ( a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/269943_2052264140711_1067746976_32264600_2279605_n.jpg) and a couple of other toys, and have just now gotten to really inspecting her as bait for a custom. I know the little green guy in the link is from a momma/baby pack (i think they're the ones dubbed "Walgreens") And she seems REALLY similar to the Mommas in the family packs, but her pose is different ... their knees are bent as if they're walking, whereas hers are straight! She also has a glittery sheen to her, while the other ponies just had plain color. Her tail was rooted, rather than the traditional MLP single plug, and thin/breakable (possibly from age...?) I was hoping maybe someone could tell me if she came in one of the family pack like the others or if she's maybe a fake of a fakie? (The only markings she has on her hooves/body is "L=04-B2A" and "Made in China" o.O any ideas? (She also looks practically identical to the red one from here: i2.photobucket.com/albums/y40/vetten/fakies/DSC_1266.jpg in terms of glittery skin...) Any help would be super appreciated <3 [glow=red,2,300]Please make an intro post in our introductions forum FP[/glow]

The only thing I know about her is that she has a baby that matches her pink and firework symbol baby also (can photo baby if anyone wants to see)
I got them secondhand from an auction because I loved the symbol and color so don't know much myself about her.
Her head is a bit more like the Blue one in the pack but her Baby ISN'T the type of Baby in that pack Ponies with her head type were in other packs though.

Hey! I know that pony! I used her and her baby as bait for custom ponies/dragons made out of ponies for some of the kids in the neighborhood I used to watch.
She is NOT from Walgreens! She is from Wal-Mart. I remember because I had to break a $100 because it was all I had on me, and two years later I found about $84 in small bills in my old purse because I had forgotten to take it out.
As someone who has dabbled with customs, I MUST forewarn you: her symbol is MUCH harder to get out than a real MLP! A real MLP's symbol rubs off in seconds with a bit of nail polish remover. Hers smears and smooshes all over the place... but keep going at it, it DOES come off eventually, lol!
That particular mold (but not the symbol) has also appeared in Big Lots in the "Dream Pony" family sets along with a few other generic molds such as the magic pegacorn.
It's also worth noting that some of the small Cabbage Patch Pony fakie molds as well as the generic baby molds from these sets are being used by Polyfect toys now and are being sold in sets of 3 for $5 at the Family Dollar... however, their eyes are HIDEOUSLY small and they look like demon ponies, so I don't plan on getting one soon unless I need some bait, haha.

I'm sorry.
But since so many manufacturers use the mold it would be hard to know which one unless you had seen it for sure in store like you did.
The MOLD was used for Walgreens pony sets as well and in Fakie Sets sold at K&B stores. SHE'S EVERYWHERE !

GiGo's been using pearly bodies, but I don't remember GiGo with rooted tails.
