I am only looking for one fakie but I have no photo, I was hoping someone on here could help! I know she was pink with rainbow hair and she had both wings and a horn.. I think she came with some bubble bath.. I have serious childhood memories with her and I'd love to get another if I knew what they were called! Thanks

Hello nearlyheadlessnayy. I'm not an expert either, but here's all the info. I could dig up for you. The head and the body of this fakie have been used together or in combination with other molds for decades. The color scheme and symbol/cutie mark have been used for this type of pony as well as for some Remco's. As a result of heavy reissuing, this pony doesn't have a specific name, but is marketed different ways. Here's a reissue mint-on-card, as well as a vintage and a Remco for comparison: You can see the difference between the reissue and the two kinds of vintage. For detailed information on all the variants made with this type head and/or body you can visit this very informative fakie site: fakie-goddess.livejournal.com/5790.html; fakie-goddess.livejournal.com/8989.html. Unfortunately I can't find any info. specifically on ponies sold with bubble bath. However, other than "Pretty Pony" like you see in the picture, the vintage and reissues are sometimes called Magic Ponies. The reissues also can be found in Walgreen's Pony sets. Modern ponies of this type are sold with painted-on eyes or inset "glass" eyes. Mine have glass eyes (actually plastic) and were in a set called "Pony Wonderland" with a different glass-eye fakie adult, one baby lady, and one alicorn baby per set. Because they have been sold under so many names, and because those names and playsets have been so generic, your best bets for finding your pony again are probably forums such as this one and auction lots (eBay etc.). Alternatively, you could customize a reissue or have someone customize one for you. Reissues can be found in dollar stores or Walgreen's-type stores. At the moment, all I could dig up on the 'net were these darlings: www.etsy.com/shop/Magicandfantasy?section_id=11159450Who, as you can see, are (a) not quite what you're looking for and (b) showing their age. Well I didn't mean to go on and on, but even so, if you have any questions just ask. If I come across your pony while I'm looking for my little grails, I'll let you know. Cheers Hummingriffon
